范云（451～503年），字彦龙，南乡舞阴（今河南泌阳县西北）人，南朝文学家。

此诗用分别时雪花飞舞的凄凉和重逢时百花盛开的温暖做对照，抒发重逢的快乐。

昔去雪如花，今来花似雪。
