王曾（978年12月27日—1038年12月12日），字孝先，青州益都（今山东青州）人，北宋名相。

王曾判田　王曾丞相，少时谒郡僚，有争负郭田者，封畛既泯，质剂且亡，未能断决。

曾谓验其税籍，曲直可判。

郡将从之，其人乃服。
