花园镇豆花Blessed Soybean Curd花园镇一带的石磨豆花，白净、细嫩且韧性特好。

传说为汉刘邦庶子淮南厉王刘长贬居雍店时，其妃雍氏善磨豆花，雍氏去世后，花园镇一带的豆花已小有名气，人们认为系雍氏神力所助，故称"神仙豆花"。

Garden Town (in Sichuan Province) is famous for its soybean curd made with stone-mill, which is as white as snow, as soft as marshmallow.

Story has it that when Liu Bang’s son Liu Chang, King of Huainan was demoted to Yong Dian (today’s Garden Town) with his wife surnamed Yong.

They were in deep love with each other.

During the day when Liu Chang practiced his calligraphy, his wife would stand by his desk and grind ink for him, serving him with tea and desserts.

She had a secret ingredient for soybean curd which was widely spread in Garden Town.

After her death, the soybean curd had become popular in the neighborhood.

People thought it was blessed by the soul of Yong, hence named it as Blessed Soybean Curd.
