Avril Lavigne had to go and make things so complicated by swearing during a baseball game at the weekend - and now she's had to apologise.

The 26-year-old Canadian singer burst into an expletive-filled rant during the Tampa Bay Rays' game in Tampa, Florida on Saturday.

Unfortunately, her F-word rant was heard by over 24,000 people.

She then hit back saying that 'sound problems f***ing happen on a baseball field.

Contrite: The Complicated songstress said she was sorry later in the day for dropping the F-bomb in front of 24,000 people 'I'm truly sorry if anyone was offended by my language', she said contritely.

The Rays released a statement on Sunday saying that they were upset by Lavigne's language.

It read: 'The Rays demand profanity-free performances from all of our concert performers and we are extremely disappointed by the language used in last night's show.

' Meanwhile Lavigne has put her Bel Air marital home on the market that she once shared with ex-husband Deryck Whibley.

据悉，去年底正式和前夫Deryck Whibley离婚的艾薇儿,已经将两人婚后居住的洛杉矶豪宅拍卖,预计以950万美元售出,正式结束两人过去的关系。
