Modern Family's Sarah Hyland is 'doing really well,'after recently revealing she had a secret secondkidney transplant after her first one failed.

The 28-year-old actress originally underwent akidney transplant after her father donated part ofhis organ to her in 2012, but after her body began toreject the organ, she had a second operation in May2017, when her younger brother Ian was found to bea match.

I just turned 28, so I've just been either working on my health or working nonstop, so it'sreally good to be able to do something like that now.
