Who is so noisy?

On the first day of school,the principal walking in campus heard a loud noise from a classroom.

He rushed into the classroom,and saw the tallest boy was talking loudly.

He pulled him out of the classroom,and ordered him to stay in the hallway.

The principal then returned to the classroom,calmed down the others,and then delivered a speech about"good manner" .
