A postgraduate student from Russia's Far Eastern Federal University, Maya Razgonova, has created achocolate highly enriched with imaginatively derivedginseng extract.

This healthy sweet's creator used a "supercritical extraction" technology with the help of highly pressurized carbon dioxide gas to maximally preserve ginseng's biologically active substances within chocolate.

这款健康甜品的创作者使用超临界萃取”的技术，通过高度加压的二氧化碳气体，使人参里的生物活性物质能在巧克力里最大程度地得以保留。

The ginseng used is a wild form of the plant found in Primorsky Krai.

A single tile of the chocolate contains a daily dose of ginsenosides and other nutrients withimmune-stimulant, antioxidant and energy-boosting effects.

The chocolate also includes pine nuts and an edible gold leaf.
