If you’re an introvert like me, there are probably a LOT of things extroverts do that make you cringe.

如果你和我一样内向，外向的人可能会做很多让你畏缩的事情。

Maybe it grinds your gears when people invite you to last-minute events because it doesn't give you enough time to mentally prepare.

当人们邀请你参加还有一分钟就开始的活动时，可能会让你心烦意乱，因为这没有给你足够的时间去做心理准备。

Or it drives you up the wall when your friends pressure you to go to a party to socialize because i just wanna be left alone and i hate parties.

或者你的朋友强迫你去参加社交聚会，而你只是想要独处，并不喜欢聚会，这让你很恼火。

Maybe it's the annoying way people say you can't be an introvert because you like to talk to others, as if introverts have to be quiet all the time.

人们说你不是一个内向的人，因为你喜欢和别人交谈，好像内向的人必须一直保持安静一样。

这很容易使人愤怒。

Or three words: Incessant small talk.

或者是无休止的闲聊。
