11月13日，北京市政府在新闻发布会上表示，人员进(返)京将需满足更严格的疫情防控措施。

All those traveling into Beijing must provide negative results of nucleic acid tests taken in the 48 hours before arrival and a green health code.

自2021年11月17日零时起，人员进(返)京须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明和"北京健康宝"绿码。

Those from counties (or cities, districts or banners) with new infections within the past 14 days are under tight restrictions when seeking entry to the Chinese capital, the government announced at a press briefing.

14日内有1例以上(含1例)本土新冠病毒感染者所在县(市、区、旗)旅居史人员严格限制进(返)京。

The holding of national conferences, training and other activities in Beijing will be strictly controlled.

北京将严格控制在京举办全国性会议、培训等活动。

Closed-loop management will be implemented during these activities, and participants are not allowed to go out.

举办期间实行闭环管理，人员不得外出。

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to changes in the epidemic situation.
