China unveiled measures to advance the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade to help bolster the home market, with domestic and international circulations progressing smoothly, said a circular issued by the General Office of the State Council.

近日，国务院办公厅印发 关于促进内外贸一体化发展的意见　，就促进内外贸一体化，形成强大国内市场，畅通国内国际双循环作出部署。

To support trade integration, the circular stressed improving laws, regulations and supervisory rules, and further aligning domestic trading rules and standards with global ones.

意见　提出多条促进内外贸一体化发展的举措，包括：健全法律法规，完善监管体制，加强规则对接，促进标准认证衔接；Efforts should be made to help companies, such as cross-border supply chain service providers, navigate operations in markets at home and abroad, the circular said.

支持跨国供应链服务企业等市场主体内外贸一体化经营；Promoting integrated trade requires nurturing new business modes, such as digital development backed by modern information technology.

培育内外贸新业态新模式，充分利用现代信息技术，推动内外贸数字化发展；Nurturing professionals with necessary skills will also be strengthened.

加强内外贸一体化专业人才培养培训等。
