By organizing ice snow carnivals, culture and sports exchanges for persons with disabilities in the Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei region, tens of thousands experienced winter sports.

In recent years, 6 winter sports teams of disabled people were formed in Beijing, covering all 6 disciplines of the Beijing Winter Paralympics.
